What are custom borders? |
|
One thing that sets us apart is the unique borders we create for your event. We will create up to 9 different border options for guests to choose from before taking each picture. If you have a specific design or logo you would like to incorporate into the borders, just let us know. |

How much does it cost to rent a booth? |

Will there be a Full-Time Attendant? |
|
We always provide an on-site attendant at each event we host - free of charge. |

Do you charge for setup/delivery? |
|
Setup, Delivery & Breakdown is ALWAYS free. We always provide FREE shipping. |

How soon will you arrive? |
|
We arrive about 1.5 hours in advance of the actual "start time" in order to setup. We don't need all this extra time, but come earlier to ensure 100% success. |

What if I need the booth setup much earlier before guests arrive? |
|
At some events, clients wish to have us setup the booth at a much earlier time before guests arrive at the event. For example, if you would like the booth to operate at 8pm, but would like us to setup by 5pm, there would be a 1.5 hour charge for idle time. Idle time costs $60/hr extra. |

Do we get double-prints? |
|
Double prints can be added for an extra charge when you order your booth online. |

Will I get my images after the event? Do you send me a cd? |
|
Absolutely. We will create an online gallery for you to view and share your images. You can even share them on facebook seamlessly. Additionally, we will provide you with a link where you can download ALL the hi-rez images. A CD of the images can be sent to you by request. |

Can I have an image strip with 4 images? |
|
One unique feature that sets us apart is our 2 image format (see here). It not only provides larger pictures of the people, but also allows us to offer ample space to design custom border options. Based on popular feedback, the 2 image format is the only setup we provide. |

What is included in the Prop Pack? |
|
The Prop Pack includes an assortment of hats/glasses/boas (necklaces). |
